As well as working with companies and public bodies across Europe, Carol has trained facilitators, coaches and managers in Europe, North America, New Zealand and Asia. With Simon Wilson she co-hosts both the Riders on the Storm series and inBiz4Good, a small business network. She delivers virtual learning sets and master classes on a range of business and professional topics.
Carol is a trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and of Hypnosis. She is a part time academci and author of â€˜Metaphors at Workâ€™ in Creating a Culture of Collaboration, and â€˜The Heroâ€™s Journeyâ€™ in Working with Difficult Groups, both edited by Sandor Schuman. With Simon Wilson she wrote the ebook That's the question! Carol is a member of the Board of the International Association of Facilitators.

Bridgette Bradley is a Master in Corrective Exercise, specialising in improving sports performance, injury prevention and spinal rehabilitation. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and has a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology. This blend of understanding the functioning of the body and the mind, gives Bridgette some unique insights into how groups read our physiology and how we read theirs.

Wheatley received her doctorate in Organizational Behavior and Change from Harvard University, and a Masters in Media Ecology from New York University. Sheâ€™s been an organizational cons ultant since 1973, a global citizen since her youth, a professor in two graduate business programs, a prolific writer, and a happy mother and grandmother. She has received numerous awards and honorary doctorates.
